We use only Lilydale Free Range Chicken in all our meals, which are Antibiotic Free, Hormone Free and Steroid Free. Just the Way Nature intended. Our Beef Fillet Is Grass Fed, Hormone Free and Steroid Free, Antibiotic Free and is sourced from the Lush Green Pastures of Tasmania. Ocean Caught Banana Prawns from the Western Australian and Far North Queensland Coast grace our menu. Our Fruit & Vegetables are fresh from Flemington Markets.
